NSW: Man dies on recreational dive

A man has died while diving off Sydney's northern beaches.

Police say the man was one of six recreational divers who set out from Dee Why to Long
Reef about 6.30am (AEST) yesterday, to dive off a wreck known as The Jane.

They say it's a 50-metre deep decompression dive.

One of the men failed to resurface and his body was found a short time later.

Sydney Water Police and officers from the Marine Investigation Group are investigating
the incident.
